Booking Procedure

Stay-in-beijing Serviced Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. We will email you in 24 hours with reservation details and please do remember to reply to confirm your reservation. If you do not need an airport pick-up service, you still need to let us know how you will get in Beijing, either by plane, train or you are presently in Beijing. This is for in case your plane or train is delayed, so we could figure out when you will be arriving at apartments and so our English speaking staffer could wait for you. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Arrival

Please make sure you let us know when you will arrive so that everything is prepared. If you do not need an airport pick up service, please remember to call us as soon as you arrive in Beijing so that we can have time to arrange a person waiting for you outside the apartments' security access when you arrive. If you do not have a phone with you, you could either use public phone or show our number to the taxi driver, they will be willing to call us for you. Also be aware that we secure your booking until 6pm, so if you will arrive by yourself later please kindly contact us before, we will absolutely keep the room for you as soon as be contacted.

Check-In & Check-Out Times

Check-in is from 13:00 and check-out is by 12:00 noon. If your room has had no prior guests and has been cleaned you are quite welcome to put your luggage directly in the room. Alternately, you can put your luggage in our reception to give you the opportunity to make the most of your day. There is a huge shopping area nearby and the Forbidden City (Palace Museum) is just one stop away by metro.

Payment and Refundable Deposit

All payments are to be made in Chinese currency cash at check-in time. Sorry for we do not take any credit card so far. You could easily get Chinese cash from the airport or nearby apartments by Bank of China. You will be required to pay refundable key deposit which is CNY300/apt when you check-in and we will refund it at check-out time to secure there is no any incidental expenses.

Cancellation Policy

Because we do not charge previously so please kindly inform us as soon as possible when you decide to cancel your reservation. That will be great help to us and other tourists. Generally you could not reduce your stay as soon as you check-in, so please make sure your schedule with us in advance. Thanks!
